Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To initiate a return, contact us at info@shoptinytreasures.shop with your order number.

Non-returnable items: Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., bath products, diaper care) are final sale for health and safety reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Gifts: If the item was a gift, you may receive store credit in lieu of a refund.
